Project Management Service

Considering the nature of the project, we will manage the project efficiently by simplifying some parts of the project.

SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT

The process of planning, developing, updating, executing, controlling and communicating the project schedule. Schedule and progress is documented in three standardized planning tools (Program Milestone, Master Plan, and Work Plan)

RISK MANAGEMENT

Risk is an uncertain event that can negatively impact the scope, schedule and cost, affecting the overall Program/Project objectives. Standardize risk management across the Program and escalate risks depending on severity and track them with logs.

ISSUE MANAGEMENT

Issue Management will be standardized program-wide with a clear view of issues at both the program, project, and sub project levels Escalate details of the issues depending on priority and track them with logs.

COST CONTROL

An end-to-end process to develop budget and monitor actuals following the “Continuous Cost Control Cycle”. Such control sustains periodic alignment between approved budget and actual cost, and project forecasts to avoid budget overrun.

CHANGE CONTROL

Project may encounter changes to scope, budget, resources, schedule or other factors, which may impact its objectives. Such change requests should be assessed for its impact and be tracked during the implementation.

DECISION MANAGEMENT

Streamlines the decision-making process through the “Alternative Report” template. Decisions are communicated to key stakeholders and critical assumptions are set to avoid confusion that potentially impedes the project progress.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Defines tasks to plan and monitor project quality and progress to verify and confirm work products, and to assess project processes and standards. Track adaptation of the processes at project level to ensure appropriate management is conducted.

DOCUMENT CONTROL

Coordination and control of the flow of electronic and paper documents in a secure and efficient manner. Ensures the integrity of project documents and standardize procedures to increase efficiency in document creation. Changes to the documents are identified and tracked.
